This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Solitaire Race mobile application.

Solitaire Race is developed and operated by Maryia Zdantsevich as part of Gentle Technologies, an independent initiative based in Poland.

1. Local application

Solitaire Race is a local single-player game.

The application does not require an account, registration, email address, password, or connection to a multiplayer service.

Gameplay, settings, statistics, Daily Deal completion status, and other progress are stored locally on your device.

2. Information we collect

Solitaire Race does not transmit gameplay information or local profile data to Gentle Technologies.

The application does not use:

  • user accounts;
  • cloud game storage;
  • advertising;
  • advertising identifiers;
  • third-party analytics;
  • location tracking;
  • contact collection;
  • cross-app tracking.

Computer-controlled opponents operate locally and do not send gameplay information to an external AI service.

3. Removing local data

You can remove locally stored information by deleting Solitaire Race or clearing its data through your device settings.

Because this information remains on your device, Gentle Technologies cannot access, recover, or remotely delete it.

4. Support communications

If you voluntarily contact support, we receive the email address and information included in your message.

This information is used only to respond to your request, maintain necessary support records, and protect the service from misuse. Please do not include passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.

5. External websites

The application may open the Gentle Technologies website, Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, or your email application.

These external services may process ordinary technical information according to their own privacy practices. Opening an external page is separate from local gameplay.

6. Children’s privacy

Solitaire Race does not knowingly request personal information from children.

If a parent or guardian believes that a child has provided personal information through a support message, they may contact us to request its deletion.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if the application or applicable requirements change. The latest version and update date will remain available on this page.
