This Privacy Policy explains how information is processed when you use the Solitaire Race mobile application.
Solitaire Race is developed as part of Gentle Technologies, an independent initiative based in Poland.

1. Information We Process
Depending on how you use Solitaire Race, we may process the following information:
- Account information: your email address, player name, internal user ID, and authentication information necessary to provide and secure your account.
- Gameplay information: game progress, match participation, room information, results, scores, and other records necessary to operate single-player and multiplayer features.
- Social information: friend connections and related in-app interactions when you use these features.
- Technical information: session identifiers, authentication records, IP address, and limited technical logs generated when the application connects to its infrastructure.
- Support information: your email address, message, and any information you voluntarily include when contacting support.
Your password is handled through Supabase authentication. Gentle Technologies does not receive or store your password in readable form.
In the current version of Solitaire Race, a profile picture selected by the user is stored locally on the user’s device and is not uploaded to our servers.
2. How Information Is Collected
Information is collected:
- directly from you when you create an account, choose a player name, or contact support;
- automatically when you participate in games or use online features;
- through the technical infrastructure required to authenticate users, connect players, save progress, and protect the service.

We use information only when necessary to:
- create and authenticate your account;
- provide single-player and multiplayer gameplay;
- create rooms, connect players, and record match results;
- save game progress and provide social features;
- protect accounts and support fair play;
- diagnose technical problems and maintain service security;
- respond when you contact support;
- comply with applicable legal obligations.
4. Advertising, Analytics, and Tracking
The current version of Solitaire Race does not contain third-party advertising and does not use third-party analytics or advertising tracking technologies.
We do not sell personal information and do not use personal information for targeted advertising.
5. Service Providers
Solitaire Race uses Supabase to provide account authentication, database storage, and online gameplay infrastructure. Supabase processes limited information on our behalf only as necessary to provide these services.
If you contact us by email, your message may also be processed by the email service used to receive and respond to support requests.
We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or legal rights.
6. International Processing
Service providers may process information outside Poland or the European Economic Area. Where applicable, such processing is subject to appropriate legal safeguards, including contractual safeguards for international data transfers.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
Account and gameplay information is generally retained while your Solitaire Race account remains active.
You can request deletion of your account and associated data directly within the application by opening Account & Data and selecting the account deletion option.
After an account deletion request is completed, personal information associated with the account will be deleted or anonymized, except where limited retention is reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or compliance with legal obligations. Some information may remain temporarily in protected backups or security logs according to the retention practices of our infrastructure providers.
Support correspondence is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to answer the request and manage related follow-up.
8. Your Rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to request:
- access to your personal information;
- correction of inaccurate information;
- deletion of your information;
- restriction of or objection to certain processing;
- a portable copy of certain information;
- withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent.
You may exercise these rights by contacting us. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. In Poland, the supervisory authority is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
9. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect personal information. However, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when Solitaire Race introduces new features, changes its technical infrastructure, or when applicable requirements change. The latest version and its update date will remain available on this page.
