Terms of Use

Last updated: August 9, 2026

Solitaire Race is developed and operated by Maryia Zdantsevich as part of Gentle Technologies, an independent initiative based in Poland. By using the application, you agree to these Terms of Use and the principles of fair play described below.

Purpose of the Service

Solitaire Race is an entertainment application that provides single-player solitaire games and competitions between real players.

Free Matches

All single-player and multiplayer games in Solitaire Race are free to enter. Solitaire Race does not require entry fees or stakes and does not allow players to wager, lose, purchase, withdraw, transfer, or exchange virtual currency through matches.

Competition results may be recorded as gameplay statistics or progress, but they have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money or other items of value.

Fair Competition

Competition results are determined by the actions of the players, including their speed, accuracy, and ability to solve the same card layout.

Users must not interfere with matches, automate gameplay, exploit technical errors, impersonate another person, harass other users, or use the service in violation of applicable law.

Accounts and Access

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Please do not share your password with other people.

We may restrict access when a user seriously or repeatedly violates these terms. Whenever reasonably possible, we will consider the context and provide a clear way to contact support.

Availability and Changes

Features may change as Solitaire Race develops. We aim to preserve game progress and maintain reliable access, but we cannot guarantee that the application will always operate without interruptions, errors, or technical changes.

Disclaimer

Solitaire Race is provided for entertainment purposes on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Gentle Technologies is not responsible for losses caused by temporary service interruptions, device problems, network failures, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Use may be updated when the application, its features, or applicable requirements change. The current version and its update date will remain available on this page.
