Solitaire Race Terms of Use

Solitaire Race is developed and operated by Maryia Zdantsevich as part of Gentle Technologies, an independent initiative based in Poland.

By using Solitaire Race, you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. About Solitaire Race

Solitaire Race is a free single-player solitaire application featuring Spider Solitaire, Klondike, Daily Deal challenges, and races against computer-controlled opponents.

The application does not require a user account.

2. Computer-controlled opponents

Race opponents are locally programmed computer opponents.

They are not real people and do not use a generative artificial-intelligence service. Their activity is part of the game simulation and is not presented as live human multiplayer.

3. Free play

All currently available game modes are free to enter.

Solitaire Race does not require or permit:

  • entry fees or wagers;
  • purchases of gameplay currency;
  • loss or withdrawal of virtual currency;
  • cash prizes;
  • redemption of points or results;
  • exchanging gameplay results for money or items of value.

Scores, statistics, completion marks, and match results are gameplay information only and have no monetary value.

4. Local progress

Gameplay progress, statistics, preferences, and Daily Deal completion are stored locally on the device.

Local information may be lost if the application is deleted, its data is cleared, the device is changed, or a technical problem occurs. Gentle Technologies cannot remotely restore locally stored progress.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • interfere with or modify the application unlawfully;
  • exploit technical errors to cause harm;
  • attempt to access systems or data without authorization;
  • redistribute protected application content without permission;
  • use the application in violation of applicable law.

6. Availability and changes

Solitaire Race is provided on an “as available” basis.

We may update, modify, or remove features as the application develops. We aim to provide a reliable experience but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Intellectual property

The Solitaire Race application, original visual design, text, branding, and original software components are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the application for personal, non-commercial gameplay. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the application or its content.

Third-party software remains subject to its respective licences.

8. Disclaimer and consumer rights

Solitaire Race is provided for entertainment purposes.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Gentle Technologies is not responsible for losses caused by device problems, loss of locally stored progress, operating-system changes, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.

9. Privacy

Information is handled as described in the Solitaire Race Privacy Policy:

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without limiting mandatory protections available to consumers under the law of their country of residence.
